GENERAL NATURE AND SCOPE OF SECTOR PLAN: APPROVAL AND MODIFICATION TO EXISTING SECTOR/URBAN RENEWAL PLANS FOR THE KENDALL-WHITTIER DISTRICT TO ALLOW THE CITY OF TULSA AND VARIOUS PARTNERS TO UTILIZE VARIOUS POLICIES, STRATEGIES AND FUNDING SOURCES TO IMPLEMENT FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF LAND WITHIN THE SECTOR.
THE SECTOR PLAN MAY BE REVIEWED ONLINE AT THE TULSA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WEBSITE (tulsadevelopmentauthority.org) OR AT THE OFFICES OF THE TULSA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, 1216 N. LANSING AVENUE, SUITE D, TULSA, OKLAHOMA 74106 FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 12:00 NOON, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND STREET BOUNDARIES OF SECTOR PLAN:
The Kendall-Whittier Sector Plan boundary from the Frisco Railway Co. Railroad ROW to the North, then South to East 11th Street, Harvard on the East and Utica on the West, with all the properties contained within the boundary more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Vine Haven Addition; thence North along the western right-of-way of Harvard Ave. to the point of intersection with the Southern boundary of the Frisco Railway Co. Railroad ROW; thence, continuing along the Frisco Railway Co. ROW in a Southwesterly direction to the point of Intersection with the eastern right-of-way of North Utica Avenue; thence, South along the eastern right-of-way of Utica Avenue to the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Ferrell Addition and Lot 15, Block 3, Clover Ridge Addition; thence, East along the North right-of-way line of East 11th Street to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Vine Haven Addition, said point of beginning.
FIRST PUBLIC HEARING SHALL BE FOR INFORMATION AND QUESTION PURPOSES ONLY WITH PERSONS BEING GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD AT THE SECOND PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE ANY VOTES ARE TAKEN.
