The mission of the TDA is to improve Tulsa through programs and projects designed to utilize private & public resources that advance the physical, social and economic well being of citizens and neighborhoods throughout the city. To that end, our people are the key to realizing the dream. The TDA is staffed by the City of Tulsa's Economic and Real Estate Development Division.
