Project plans for specific activities are submitted and approved on an individual basis by all taxing entities. Since 1998 more than $500,000 has been forgiven to assist in the redevelopment of the following properties:



Renaissance Uptown
Located at the NW corner of 11th and Denver. Project consisted of the construction of 159 upscale apartment dwellings on previously vacant downtown property owned by a tax-exempt entity. Private investment is estimated at more than $8.5 million. Project returned to the tax rolls in 2005. Please note: This project also qualified for the Enterprise Zone Tax Incentive Leverage Act in 2002.



Ambassador Hotel
1324 S. Main. Project is the renovation of a vacant and deserted historic downtown Tulsa hotel into a modern functioning hospitality property. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places this project features 55 rooms and a 5-Star restaurant. The private investment for rehabilitation is estimated to be $5 million. This property returned to the tax rolls in 2004.


Littlefield Building
1307 S. Boulder. Class A office space created within a vacant and deserted Class D office building with a private investment of approximately $3 million. The building is 100% leased. The property returned to the tax rolls in 2004.
