Update on Development – 111 Greenwood Adding a Modern Feel to East Village

With mixed-use developments on the rise, 111 Greenwood is adding a modern feel to the East Village District.  Despite the pandemic, the project has made tremendous headway and remains on schedule.  This sleek four-story, mixed-use building is approximately 48,000 square feet including 2,600 square feet of retail and commercial space on the lower level with fifty (50) residential units above.  This affordable, upscale development will possess the latest modern amenities including stainless steel appliances, natural stone counter tops, full-size washer and dryer, on-site gym and a mini dog park.  The unit mix is forty-four (44) one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom, two-bath units; sizes range from 590-860 square feet.  Pre-leasing for the residential units will begin in November with a projected completion date of February 2021.   To read a previous article regarding 111 Greenwood click here.
