Leslie Batchelor, Esq., from the Center for Economic Development Law, presents Oklahoma Urban Renewal Laws including a discussion of subjects including the power of imminent domain and the role as well as the process for determining properties are blighted. Ms. Batchellor’s presentation was followed by a live Question and Answer session, the notes of which are attached. An additional presentation was made by the City of Tulsa Working in Neighborhood’s department including a Question and Answer session about steps that can be taken by neighbors in the Code Enforcement process. Notes of the Code Enforcement Q & A Session are also provided.
