How do I let TDA know I’m interested in redeveloping a property?

Can I purchase a lot for redevelopment to be used as a rental property?
TDA prioritizes the creation of homeownership in connection with the redevelopment of single-family home lots. However, TDA is not prohibited by any law from redeveloping a rental home on a single-family lot.
Do you provide grants/loans for home improvement & emergency repairs?
Unfortunately, TDA does not provide grants or loans for home improvements. To obtain information on how to apply for a home improvement loan click here.
How often does the TDA’s Board meet?
TDA Board of Commissioners meet every other month. During a special meeting, the Board of Commissioners voted to amend the bylaws on meetings to delete the phrase “shall be held monthly” to “may be held monthly” To view Amended meeting schedule, click here.
Do you have any homes for sale?
All TDA owned properties are vacant.
Do you have any units for rent?
TDA does not have units available for rent.
Can you recommend a developer?
TDA does not make recommendations but can offer a list if requested.
Do you provide financial assistance for redevelopment if it is a non-profit entity?
TDA does not provide financial assistance for redevelopment.
What are the requirements for temporary use of a TDA property?

Why aren’t appraisals maintained for TDA owned properties?
Appraisals are good for only six months.
